Kaman was my first roommate after I moved out of dorm in sophomore year of college.
We were roommate for a year until I left for my mission. I loved how we feel comfortable with each other and talk openly and most importantly honestly.
I speak Japanese and Kaman speaks Cantonese and Mandarine. Since we are both non-native to English, I remember when we had something we didn't know how to describe in English we just wrote down in Kanji and it totally worked to us so many times!
I am so grateful for this long-lasting friendship and this photo session is from last September when I finally made it to visit them in Las Vegas. I love this little family so much!
